We are looking for a Procurement In-Charge to manage sourcing and purchasing of ICT hardware and cloud services for Zorins Technologies. You will be responsible for vendor negotiations, purchase order management, and ensuring the company gets the best pricing and terms across our technology supply chain.

Required Knowledge

ICT Hardware Procurement Cloud Services (AWS/Azure/GCP) Vendor Management Negotiation Purchase Orders Inventory Management Cost Analysis Supplier Relations

Responsibilities

Source and procure ICT hardware including servers, networking equipment, and end user devices from vendors such as Cisco, HPE, Dell, and Fortinet

Manage procurement and renewal of cloud service subscriptions and licensing (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)

Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to secure the best value

Maintain and grow relationships with existing vendors and evaluate new suppliers

Track inventory levels and coordinate timely delivery of hardware to project sites

Prepare purchase orders and ensure compliance with internal procurement policy

Coordinate with the technical team to confirm hardware and cloud specifications before purchase

Requirements

2+ years of procurement experience, preferably in the ICT or technology industry

Strong knowledge of ICT hardware specifications and major cloud service offerings

Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills

Experience with purchase order and contract management processes

Proficiency in Arabic and English

Logistics Coordinator

We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to manage the import and export of ICT hardware and equipment through air and sea freight. You will ensure full compliance with IATA regulations and Saudi Arabia customs procedures, keeping our supply chain moving smoothly and on schedule.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage import and export shipments via air and sea freight in line with IATA standards

Handle customs clearance procedures and documentation in compliance with Saudi Arabia regulations

Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers

Track shipments end to end and resolve delays or documentation issues

Ensure all shipping documents including invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin are accurate and compliant

Manage import duties and tariffs, ensuring compliance with Saudi Customs and ZATCA requirements

Coordinate warehouse receiving of incoming goods and maintain logistics records

Requirements

2+ years of experience in logistics or freight forwarding in Saudi Arabia

Solid knowledge of IATA regulations for air freight

Working knowledge of sea freight processes and documentation

Strong understanding of Saudi customs procedures and regulations

Excellent coordination and problem-solving skills

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager, Saudi National only, to lead our HR operations in full compliance with government regulations. You will manage employment relations, government platform compliance, contract administration, and resolution of corporate legal matters for the company.

Required Knowledge

Responsibilities

Manage full HR operations in line with Saudi labor law and Ministry of Human Resources regulations

Handle and maintain company activity on all major government portals including Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, and Mudad

Manage employee contracts, renewals, and ensure ongoing legal compliance

Handle and resolve labor disputes, legal cases, and grievances with government authorities and labor courts

Liaise with legal counsel on corporate legal matters and contract disputes

Oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management

Ensure company compliance with Saudization and Nitaqat requirements

Maintain and update employee records and HR policies in line with current government requirements

Requirements

Saudi National required for this role

3+ years of experience as HR Manager or in a similar senior HR role in Saudi Arabia

Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and government portals including Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, and Mudad

Proven experience handling legal cases and contract management

Excellent Arabic and English communication skills

Strong leadership and organizational skills

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Law preferred
