Return and Refund Policy

This Return and Refund Policy is governed by the Saudi Arabian Consumer Protection Law (Royal Decree No. M/31) and the regulations issued by the Ministry of Commerce. Zorins Technologies is fully committed to upholding your rights as a consumer in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Zorins Technologies is committed to ensuring complete customer satisfaction with every purchase made through our website or any of our physical store locations across Saudi Arabia. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we are here to help.

This policy applies to all products sold by Zorins Technologies including networking equipment, servers, storage devices, cybersecurity hardware, and all IT accessories. Services rendered are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written service agreement.

Eligible Return Conditions

A return request will be accepted if the product meets all of the following conditions:

The return request is submitted within the applicable return window stated above
The product is in its original, unused condition with all original packaging intact
All accessories, manuals, cables, and included components are present
The original invoice or purchase receipt is provided
The product serial number matches the original purchase record
The product has not been installed, configured, or modified in any way

Non-Returnable Items

The following products and situations are not eligible for return or refund:

Products with broken, removed, or tampered warranty seals
Software licenses, digital products, and subscription-based services once activated
Customized, configured, or special-order products built to specification
Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or physical damage caused by the customer
IT services, installation fees, and consultation charges already rendered
Products returned without the original invoice or proof of purchase

Refund Process and Timeline

Submit Return Request

Contact our support team via email at info@zorinstechnologies.sa or call +966 11 2699910 with your order number, product serial number, and reason for return.

Review and Approval (2 Business Days)

Our team will review your request and notify you of approval or rejection within 2 business days. If approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Return the Product

Ship the product in its original packaging to our designated address or drop it off at any of our store locations in Riyadh or Al Khobar. The RMA number must be clearly marked on the package.

Inspection (3-5 Business Days)

Upon receipt, our technical team will inspect the product to verify its condition and confirm eligibility. You will be notified of the outcome within 3 to 5 business days.

Refund Issued (5-7 Business Days)

Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days to the original payment method. Bank transfer refunds may take an additional 2 to 3 business days depending on your bank.

Refund Methods

Credit or Debit Card

Refunded to the original card used at time of purchase within 5 to 7 business days

Bank Transfer (IBAN)

Transferred directly to your registered Saudi bank account. Please provide your IBAN when submitting the return request

Store Credit

If preferred, we can issue store credit valid for 12 months, redeemable on any future purchase from Zorins Technologies

Product Exchange

Exchange the defective or incorrect product for the same item or a product of equal or greater value subject to stock availability

Return Shipping Responsibility

Zorins Technologies covers return shipping costs when the return is due to our error — such as sending the wrong product, a defective unit, or a damaged item on arrival.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs when returning a product for reasons such as change of mind, ordered by mistake, or no longer needed.

Manufacturer Warranty

All products sold by Zorins Technologies include the manufacturer's official warranty. Warranty coverage varies by brand and product category:

Networking Equipment

Cisco, HPE Aruba, Fortinet, Huawei — 1 to 3 years limited hardware warranty with advance replacement options available

Servers and Storage

HPE, Dell, IBM — 1 to 3 years with optional extended warranty and on-site support available through Zorins

Security Appliances

Fortinet, Sophos — 1 year hardware warranty; active subscription required for full feature support

Accessories and Peripherals

TP-Link, Linksys, and similar brands — 1 year limited warranty from date of purchase

Warranty claims for manufacturer defects are handled directly with the manufacturer or through Zorins Technologies as your authorized reseller and partner.

Your Rights under Saudi Consumer Protection Law

Under the Saudi Arabian Consumer Protection Law (Royal Decree No. M/31) and its implementing regulations, you are entitled to the following rights:

The right to receive products that match the description, specifications, and quality stated at the time of purchase
The right to a full refund or exchange for defective products within the warranty period
The right to clear, transparent pricing with no hidden charges
The right to file a complaint with the Ministry of Commerce if your rights are not upheld
The right to be informed of all terms and conditions before completing a purchase

If you wish to escalate a complaint to the relevant Saudi authority, you may contact the Ministry of Commerce Consumer Protection Department at 1900 or file a complaint through mc.gov.sa
